Recipe: Pita bread stuffed with feta cheese salad

Ingredients
Feta cheese
1 small lettuce
Pack spring onions
1/2 cucumber
4 tomatoes
A handful of black olives
A squeeze of lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Black pepper

1 Cut the feta cheese, lettuce, spring onions, cucumber and tomatoes into chunks.

2 Pour the lemon juice and olive oil over the ingredients.

3 Toast the pita bread (or heat it in for a few minutes in the oven).

4 Fill the pita bread with the salad
